Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes how Future Life Group handles cancellations and refunds for purchases made on our website/app.

1. Cancellation

Cancellation requests can be raised within a reasonable time after purchase, before the order/service is processed or delivered. Once processing has started, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Payment successfully made but order/service not confirmed
  • Duplicate payment for the same order
  • Order/service cancelled within eligible time period (if applicable)
  • Service could not be delivered due to an issue from our side

3. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Actual credit time may depend on the bank/payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Completed services
  • Digital deliverables already shared/access granted
  • Incorrect details submitted by the customer
